General Introduction of LSS Club

On 27th August, 2014, the Lean Six Sigma For Wood Club (LSS Club) was established by the BIFA President with the mission of "Developing capacity and waste controlling skills for stable profit growth by enhancing the capacity of Club’s members. "
Organization of the club's activities under the lean principle include: the club director and 3 boards (Training board, Secretary board, Event Communication board)
After 3 years of operation, the LSS Club has more than 40 business members in the wood and other supporting industries, with more than 70 members as Governors, Managers or the Board of Directors from these businesses.
Vision: 
Become a reputable, quality club that supports most of the best management solutions for the wood industry.
There are many experts in lean production, management and woodworking techniques to support the wood industry.
Target: Increase capacity and profit by more than 150% for the business members after 2 ~ 3 years of operation.
Philosophy - "Being served is happiness": Individuals who join the LSS club always endeavor to share the LSS application experience to create value for the club and for its own business.
The club's key activities include:
LSS theory training and LSS application activity monthly
Report actual LSS application
Share management experience, support the difficulties in management
Exchange business opportunities
Sharing knowledge on LSS media
Over 3 years, the club maintains a regular meeting once a month, up to now, the LSS has held 44 sessions with 38 Lean Six Sigma skills training, visiting over 20 business members and specifically there are 45 reports actual LLS application of club’s members.  
In addition, the club organizes charitable activities for the community every year.
The Lean Six Sigma Club always endeavour to create value for its members and affirm reputation in the wood industry.
In terms of orientation, the club is adding more activities to achieve its mission.
